Perform valuation work of any potential investment. SIMG - Acquisitions is in charge of loan and equity type assets and AMG - Acquisition and Development team is responsible for real estate and hotel valuations.
Ensure documentation for acquisition of investment assets are transferred accordingly. Transaction Management oversees the acquisition closing process.
Maximize the asset’s value with strategic business planning. Depends on the types of assets, those are managed by AMG - Real Estate, AMG - Hotel and Hospitality, AMG - Onsen-Ryokan, Golf Asset Management, SIMG - Loan Asset Management, and SIMG - Equity Asset Management. AMG - Construction Services also supports asset management capital expenditure activities.
Exit from investments through various method. The disposition team within Transaction Management oversees this process.
Monitor and present the performance of investment portfolios to our investors. AMG - Portfolio Management and SIMG – Investment Management handle this process.
Supports asset management activities from the aspect of Operations, Accounting, Legal and Compliance, IT, Operational Risk Management and Human Capital Management.
