Ensure documentations for acquiring investment assets are transferred accordingly. SIMG - Closing oversees the acquisition closing process.
Maximize the asset’s value with strategic business planning. Depends on the types of assets, those are managed by AMG - Real Estate, AMG - Hotel and Hospitality, AMG - Onsen-Ryokan, Golf Asset Management, SIMG - Loan Asset Management, and SIMG - Equity Asset Management. AMG - Construction Services also supports asset management capital expenditure activities.
Exit from each investment type through various method. Disposition team within Legal & Compliance oversees this process.
Portfolio Management monitors and presents performance of investment portfolio to our investors.
Supports asset management activities from the aspect of Operations, Accounting, Legal and Compliance, IT, Operational Risk Management and Human Capital Management.
