The Golf Asset Management group oversees the operations and disposition activity for all golf-related assets. The Golf Asset Management team consists of asset managers as well as golf operations professionals, providing an excellent blend of talent to manage the wide diversity of Goldman Sachs owned golf facilities throughout Japan. Golf Asset Management works side-by-side with companies operating golf courses in transitioning and managing newly acquired properties into the golf-operating platform. Golf Asset Management is also charged with developing asset-specific business plans including market competition evaluation, setting revenue management policies, implementing sales and marketing initiatives, as well as addressing capital projects that will increase the value of our investments.
