For those who have the foreign citizenship, however, it is conditional to get the proper visa which enables you to work in Japan

Q5I live in the foreign country. Can I apply?

Yes. You can apply with us. Mostly, the first interview is conducted by phone for those who reside in overseas or plan to come back to Japan shortly.

Q7How can I confirm if my documents have been properly received or not?

If you apply through the website, an automatic message to notify you of our receipt will be sent to you. However, we will not be able to inform you of our receipt when you send us the document by mail.

Q12How long does it take from application to job offer?

It generally takes one to two months. However, it may be changed depending on the position or interview schedule.

Q13How long does it take from the job offer to hire?

In general, 1 to 1.5 months are required from job offer to joining GSRJL. However, it may be slightly changed depending on our employment procedure, or day of your resignation if you are working now.

Q14Is it possible to move to other position after being hired?

GSRJL has the in-house recruitment system. Those who satisfy the required condition can apply for the vacant position. GSRJL provides you with various chances for your challenge.

There is no housing facilities, however, certain housing benefit has been provided for employees.

In addition to the On-the-Job-Trainig, we have provided employees with training programs (both in-house and outside) such as compliance related training, language training and the training for the specific knowledge required by your duty.
