After the parties come to an agreement with acquisition of the closing department is required to succeed the procedure to complete the deal. The basic tasks of the closing dept. are drafting the contract, adjustment of cash flow and following the overall procedures generally required to protect against the possible legal action. Recently, the closing scheme varies by each deal and the trial-and-error method have frequently been taken. Therefore, abilities to understand the deal detail and skillfully negotiate with both in-house and outside parties concerned have been required.
Accepting a part in a big investment is my pleasure. Of course, job pressure is big as I have to cope with the deal alone at transferring a huge amount of money. However, I am confident with myself at proceeding on as my boss is always providing precise advice at difficulties and my colleagues are cooperative. I am thankful for the environment. The real pleasure of closing work is “sense of accomplishment” I can taste at completion of deal. This vanishes all weariness I experienced during the deal.
I used to work in a judicial scriveners office. Most judicial scrivener’s works are conventional and it is difficult to utilize my knowledge or license even though I wish to. Many people have license of the judicial scrivener in my team now but we work in cooperation with specialists such as the attorney at law and accountants, and broader knowledge of law, finance, real estate and accounting are required. As I joined the company by compelling willingness only, I was extremely happy when I was entrusted with full-fledged closing work.
Enjoying work positively. Time has been rapidly changing and my capability has been broaden. However, I don’t know if it is accepted in future or not. Instead of worrying about me, I want to rather enjoy new stimulations flexibly, and keep applying myself to my duties while being diligent at every moment of my life. I am sometimes requested to attend the interview.

I always try to ask candidates as to what he/she wants to do in the company rather than what he/she has done in the previous environment. My team is formed by the young generations (twenties and thirties) and there is no “barrier” between team members. My boss has positively entrusted me with tasks. Chances are always given. I would like to encourage you to dash in.
