We are currently looking for the following 2 positions.

Department Transaction Management
Position Analyst
Responsibilities: Transaction for loan and real estate assets on the acquisition side
  • Negotiation with sellers.
  • Documentation
    (eg: Loan transfer notifination / Application for the succession of administrative actions.)
  • Review transaction documents
  • Confirm transaction costs
  • Conduct pre-closing due deiligence
  • Financing and perfection
    Transaction for private equity investment asset
  • Negotiation with sellers
  • Sales and purchase of issued shares.
  • Deliberation with sellers and issuing body in acquiring shares and share warrants.
  • New share acceptance
  • Statutory reporting for share acquisitions.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience with above.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate or Corporate law
  • Experience in transaction in the financial industry, Investment fund or judicial scrivener's office
  • Project management skill
  • Team-oriented.
  • PC Skills ( Word and Excel)
  • Basic English

Department AMG - Hotel & Hospitality
Position Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor accounting operations and implements actions to achieve expected returns
  • Assist asset managers by conducting assembling and streamlining reports
  • Assist asset managers with budgeting and business plan process as required,
    including valuation and cashflow analysis and preparation of investor reporting package
  • Assist asset managers with the capital project planning and tracking mechanisms and formalities to seek necessary investor approval
  • Analyze monthly P&L statements and review hotel level variance analysis reports
  • Conducts return on investment analysis and training as needed
  • Monitor and analyze Japan benchmarking of key data and cost practices
Qualifications:
  • Financial management skills (e.g., analyze P&L, develop operating budgets, prepare a short and long term forecast,
    capital expenditure planning, financial modeling)
  • Strong analytical skills and excel/database skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Extremely hands on, and willing to perform many and varied tasks
  • Bilingual (Japanese/English)
  • Experience in hopitality industry preferable, but not a must
  • Strong interest in anlaysing and investment and coordinating investment performance
  • In the range of 3-5 years experience
