- Pre-Closing and Legal Due Diligence
- Financing and Perfection
Closing for private equity investment asset
- Negotiation with sellers
- Sales and purchase of issued shares.
- Deliberation with sellers and issuing body in acquiring shares and share warrants.
- New share acceptance
- Statutory reporting for share acquisitions.

| Qualifications: |
- Relevant experience on the responsibilities above.
- Knowledge of Real Estate or Corporate law
- Experience in closing in the financial industry, Investment fund or judicial scrivener's office
- Project management skill
- Team-oriented.
- PC Skills ( Word and Excel)
- Basic English

- Asset management on investment real estate.
- Business planning.
- PMC and leasing company management.
- Leasing and disposition activity.
- Recommend capital improvement strategies to value maximize.

- More than 5 years experience on real estate asset management or other real estate related business.
- Experience on due diligence is a plus.
